We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction.  Our commitment is to both the science and to our community of customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue you a refund.

Our satisfaction policy lasts 30 days from the time your product is delivered.  If you are not satisfied with your experience, you can submit for a full refund by contacting us at  fit@nellaprobiotics.com.  You do not need to return anything, but we would love to hear your feedback on what you did not enjoy about your probiotics.

Any claim or concern regarding damage or shortage of content delivered must be made by contacting us at fit@nellaprobiotics.com with your order information, lot code information on your package, and any pictures of the issue. We will work to make it right, either by sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Funds will be returned to the original method of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
