Nella Subscription Management

You are on a journey toward better holistic health. Nella is here to help you take charge of your gut health.  Consistency in taking your Nella probiotic daily is key to maximizing the benefits. 

Sometimes life happens and you might need to make changes to when and where your monthly subscription is delivered.  You can easily adjust future shipment dates, skip a month, change your address or pause your account at any time.  Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you take charge of your account.

How to ACCESS your Nella subscription account:

Log into your Nella subscription account portal here.

We do not mandate that you create an account upon checkout, so if you haven't done so yet, you will first need to request an account invite for a subscription login Be sure to use the same email address the order was placed under.  


* To access order history from before April 2022, please log into the original Nella Shop account portal.  Or click here to create an account if you haven't done so already! 

 

How to manage your subscription ORDER DATE:


  1. Click the “Upcoming orders” tab across the top bar

  2. Select the arrow next to the order you want to modify



  3. Click on the arrow next to “ORDER DATE”

    Then you can skip or select a specific date for this order to be processed
    OR
    Click “ORDER NOW” to trigger the order immediately

    * This is not your delivery date but rather the date you will be charged. Allow ~ 5 - 7 business days for delivery.  




  4. Select the date you want and click on "UPDATE NEXT ORDER DATE"
    OR
    Click "SKIP THIS ORDER" 


    NOTE: If you skip this order, no change will occur to future orders. They will still be processed on the same day of the month thereafter.

    However, if you change your order date, your future orders will also be updated to process monthly thereafter.  To change the frequency of your order, you will need to do so under the "Subscriptions" section. 



How to manage your subscription ORDER QUANTITY and FREQUENCY:

  1. Click the “Subscriptions” tab across the top bar

  2. Select the arrow next to the Subscription you want to modify
    (You will see both active and inactive subscriptions associated with your account.)



  3. Select the arrow next to the Quantity option  
    * You can also click on the "Order frequency" just below "Next order" to change how often Nella is shipped to you.


  4. Update to the desired quantity and click on "UPDATE QUANTITY"



    If you selected Order frequency, edit to your desired shipping schedule and click on "UPDATE FREQUENCY"

 

How to CANCEL or PAUSE your subscription account:

  1. Click the “Subscriptions” tab across the top bar
  2. Select the Active subscription you wish to cancel (same as above steps)
  3. Scroll to the very bottom and you can select options to "SKIP THIS ORDER" or "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION"
  4. Click on the desired option

How to REACTIVATE your subscription account:

  1. Click the “Subscriptions” tab across the top bar
  2. Select the Inactive subscription you wish to cancel
  3. Click the RE-ACTIVATE button 

How to manage your subscription SHIPPING ADDRESS:

  1. Click the “Shipping address” tab across the top bar

  2. Select "Add shipping address" to add a new shipping address while keeping others associated to your account
    OR
    Select the drop down next to the shipping address you wish to modify

     

  3. Click on "Edit shipping address" and make any changes needed, then click the "Edit shipping address" button at the bottom to save your updates.



  4. If you wish to delete an address, make sure no subscriptions are linked to it.  If so, you will first need to move this subscription to another address before deleting.  

How to manage your subscription PAYMENT METHOD:

  1. Click the “Payment Methods” tab across the top bar

  2. Select the drop down next to the payment form you wish to edit to expand the options and click "Edit payment method" 


  3. You will then click on the "Send update email" button to trigger a secure email that will allow you make necessary changes. Follow those instructions to make updates.
